I have been in contact as recent as yesterday. I have not had too much trouble contacting him. I would hope that the main issue is that he is getting hammered with requests for parts, and processing payment, and picking and shipping parts, and is just generally backed up on getting the stuff out.

I may want to drive up to get my stuff instead of just sending him money willy nilly at this point. I can at least see the stuff first hand before handing over my hard earned cash.

If anyone wants to find him, I do have an address.

Mik Nowak
69 Hazardville Road
Long Meadow Ma 01106

I noticed that the CL posting was pulled. I know he said he was going away for a few weeks, hopefully he just pulled it down due to that and so that he could catch up with the completed deals.

I can imagine him freaking out now that he has to remove everyones stuff, pack and ship it.

Hopefully it all works out.

I sent him $330 via PayPal at the beginning of March. I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt and see if he responds. I bet he is pretty overwhelmed by the response he got from people asking to ship stuff. That makes me feel better that you have an address for him.

I sent him Money via PP on February 3rd for the Saab 96 grill , He said he send it , It has not arrived.

Lets all work this out kindly......

This guy has sent me dozens of pics of the stuff for sale, and we have emailed back and forth at least 30 times in the last month and a half.

Seems like alot of work to go thru to try to rip someone off... I'd go with the overwhelmed by the response = delays theory. I don't get the feeling he is intentionally misleading anyone.

Assuming the guy has a regular job, and maybe even a family, how many parts do you think he can remove. pack, and ship,... on top of sending shit-loads of pics, and emails???

That said, I think it may be too soon to feel ripped off.

I totally agree, he was pretty prompt when we emailed back and forth before I bought the parts. I'm not in any hurry but I will feel better when I hear back from him as to his progress in sending me my stuff.

Nope. Going to send him another email. If I don't hear back within a week I'm going to take action with PayPal.

Yes, he is probably overwhelmed. If you can drive out there and deal in person its probably best.

How long did it take you to get it after you paid? What did you get?

Before I attempt any action with PayPal, I'm going to find his phone number and call him up to see what's going on. I'm not worried about the stuff taking a long time to ship, I'm in no hurry to get it, I just want some confirmation that he is working on it or that he's busy or whatever. I emailed him again a week ago and have not heard back.

Four combi tail lights and two badges. They could have been packed better. I ordered around Feb 10th and the box arrived in a few weeks via USPS parcel post. Charge backs on paypal are brutal since paypal holds the money from either party until the case is settled. It will light a fire, but that might result in a refund rather than what you want. Hopefully its just a case of 'getting around to it'.

Based on the feedback on here, I never sent money.

If I do business with him, it will be in person at this point.

I think that's very smart. I wish I'd not been so eager and sent him $330 via PayPal. Although if I do actually get the stuff I bought it will be pretty awesome.

Here is his Facebook profile

I sent him this message:

"I'm assuming you're the guy that I sent $330 to for some Saab parts earlier this month. I've sent two emails asking about your progress in shipping them to me and have heard nothing. There's a lot of chatter on the SaabRally and Saabcentral forums about you being a scammer. Please reply to me ASAP or I'm going to file a complaint with PayPal and then elevate it to the Longmeadow Police Department. You've been warned."
