there are no lights and grill in it at this time. Once I finish drilling the bolt out of the A-Arm I can put hubs back on and it will roll again.

Not quite .... Western Australia

Unfortunately the 99's that came here were not fitted with the twin round headlights which suit the car so well and the US is a little far for a weekend breakers yard trawl.
