I am in the middle of rebuilding a 1991 KTM 125 mx as well. It was my first race bike when I was younger. Unfortunately the front forks are gone (long story). Anyways, what are the dimensions of the front forks on your bike? I am having trouble finding out the correct dimensions. I know KTM's manufacturing allowed for many parts that would cover an array of models and years. I appreciate your help.
Best,
Dan

Hi Dan!
I will measure mine when I get a chance, I honestly don't remember off the top of my head which forks my bike has. Do you still have the triple clamps and no fork tubes, or nothing left on the headstock at all?

I just scored a 41mm keihin fcr carb off ebay for $173. Retail around $650. Might even be close to the right jetting for my application.
