The FIA papers are on a list in the FIA web site.
Fia have papers for every modell(2dr, 3dr), but you have to look for a The GRP 2 papers.

Look for a nice body of a 99.
Then convert it to turbo. You don´t need to build on a turbo car.
And the parts from a early 900 turbo will fit.
